MYSIA. Kyzikos. Circa 390-341/0 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 23 mm, 14.67 g, 6 h). [ΣΩΤΕΙΡΑ] Head of Kore to left, wearing wreath of grain ears, pendant earring, simple necklace and sphendone covered by a veil. Rev. KY-ZI Head of a lion to left, with open jaws and protruding tongue; below, tunny fish to left; behind, kerykeion. Pixodarus Type 2, Group C. SNG Paris 399. Von Fritze II, 28. Darkly toned. Somewhat rough and corroded and with a small punch on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
